Zulu Phrases is a straightforward and functional Android application that offers approximately forty commonly used Zulu (isiZulu) conversational phrases, supplemented with their English translations. The application provides flexibility in its playback options, allowing users to cycle through phrases either randomly or sequentially. In addition to Zulu Phrases, the application suite includes ZuluPhrases2, which features additional engaging phrases. Notably, all applications are compatible with multiple South African languages, broadening the learning experience.

Specifications reveal that the app requires a small download size and uses minimal bandwidth and memory. It is compatible with all Android versions tested from 2.2 onward and functions on both mobile phones and tablets.
